WHERESCAPE FITOUT

Dominion was appointed as the main contractor for the office fitout for the Wherescape tenancy at AECOM House which involved the strip out of three existing, separate tenancies and combining them into one large office space by removing two inter-tenancy walls.

Design highlights included semi industrial features with exposed slabs, HTC Gold Superfloor polished concrete floors, feature timber battens and ply panels, mezzanine floor additions and extensions, and a new accessible stair.

The success of this project was due largely to collaboration between the architects, STACK, and Dominion to deliver a fitout with excellent design, in a cost effective manner.
