WENDY’S RESTAURANTS

Dominion was the main contractor on a number of Wendy’s Restaurants across the North Island, including Rotorua, Tauranga, Hamilton, Te Rapa, Manukau, The Hub Botany, East Tamaki, Lynfield and Whangaparaoa.

These build only projects involved the construction of new standalone fast food restaurants. The structures of the buildings were made up from a combination of steel and timber framing on concrete ground slabs. The buildings were clad with a brick veneer along with aluminium composite panelling and both profiled metal and rubber membrane on the roofs.

All trades, including those contracted directly by the client, were managed and co-ordinated by Dominion. The client undertook the main restaurant fit-out with Dominion only providing a few specific items such as office joinery and glass wall coverings.
