WAIHEKE RETIREMENT VILLAGE

Dominion Constructors were engaged to design & build, two, two-bedroom houses on Waiheke Island as an aged care residence.

Dominion Constructors expertise in construction programming and planning, along with tight subcontractor management led to the success of this project, ensuring all requirements were implemented. Attention to detail was a critical factor due to the working environment and location.

Stage two of this project consisted of a further ten-fifteen units which was started in 2017 and completed in 2018. CCC was achieved in May 2019. 

The project is now a carefree opportunity for the retirement community on the island, only four hundred metres from the town centre.
