TREMONT APARTMENTS

Tremont is a large development of 106 quality one- to three-bedroom apartments across three blocks with basement car parking, a swimming pool and tennis courts.

Access and traffic management were both a challenge with the site positioned down a narrow right of way behind one of Auckland’s busiest retail areas and adjoining residential area. Each block differs slightly in design but all are solid concrete construction with brick veneer and feature walls of composite cladding. The architectural features of the apartment blocks are enhanced by paved and landscaped courtyards featuring unique art works.
