THREE KINGS STAGE 1 & 2

Dominion Constructors completed the concrete structure and envelope for this brand-new apartment living complex in Three Kings, Auckland.

Stage One a three-level residential building containing 21 apartments, for our client Fletcher Living.  Collaborative working relationships were formed with Fletcher Living who completed the fitout of the project.

Stage Two a basement and four level apartments complex. Each level is approx. 1,800m2 with a total of fifty-nine apartments. The structure consists of a concrete basement, structural steel for the ground floor to level three and then a double T precast flooring system and concrete insitu walls. The cladding is a combination of Nu wall and James Hardies titian board. The fit out included IT walls using speed wall and timber framing.
