THE CROSSING HIGHBROOK

Dominion Constructors were awarded the main construction contract for the construction of stage one of The Crossing at Highbrook. The Crossing project, encompasses 24,700sq m of mixed use development, with 62 serviced apartments, 17,300sq m of commercial office space and 4400sq m for retail and hospitality-type uses.

Stage one saw the Quest Hotel, two office buildings with retail situated on the ground floor being constructed on a common podium.

The Quest Hotel is a 65 room, 7 storey hotel constructed from a structural steel frame with composite floor decks and precast cladding panels. Features to the hotel included a black oxide coloured brushed feature panel inside a picture frame of white painted precast and punched aluminium screen with the Highbrook name on the North elevation.

The units are serviced apartments including kitchenettes and bathrooms.
