Dominion were contracted by Mainzeal for the concrete structure package including all placing, formwork, blockwork and precast placing.

Over 2,300m² of concrete was laid including the 150mm thick single pour arena floor, the 13 in-situ, 20m high Proscenium walls and the 12m high central column that partly supports the main truss. 4,000m² of formwork was used on the project including the main column that were filled with self compacting concrete and achieved an F5, blemish free, off the form finish.

Interior finishes included polished concrete floors, fare face block walls and exposed concrete walls. Dominion also erected the precast exterior panels.
