The construction of Summerset APT Building includes 3 blocks (Block A, B & C), Two six storey blocks and one seven storey block. All blocks combined has a approx. 20,300m2 floor space.
Each building mainly consists of structural steel with rib and infill flooring, precast façade panels and balcony panels.
Works also include insitu concrete floors and block walls to the basement/under croft areas.
We have a young, experienced, and successful team set up on this project along with a great bunch of subcontractors to drive the project to a quality finish.
This project is due for completion in November 2017.
