RATA STREET

Another partnering opportunity with Dominion Residential and Kainga Ora. The Rata Street Project was a three-level apartment building located at the Great North Road and Rata Street Intersection.

The Apartment building has been constructed with a concrete foundation and timber weatherboard cladding. Each Apartment is self-contained with one bedroom and bathroom. The new Apartment block is in the middle of the New Lynn community and allows future tenants to be close to public transport and shops.

Dominion Constructors worked closely with Auckland Council to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding neighbours and to the two main roads nearby.

This project continues the strong association Dominion Constructors has with Housing New Zealand and providing the greater Auckland with new safer, drier homes.
