The Dominion Structures team has been engaged to complete the Nikau Apartments structure at the Botanic Silverdale for the client Mako.

The project comprises four levels of post-tensioned slab and basement.

Dominion Structures is placing all the precast panels, precast balcony slabs, Fast Tread stairs and using Dominion’s Doka30 falsework for forming the PT slabs.
