MIRO APARTMENTS

This contemporary apartment complex in the heart of Mt Eden is within two km of the city centre. This project encapsulates life, art and leisure into ninety-five new apartments.

Project scope included an enabling works package with excavation and backfilling to sub-basement; plus, two hundred and forty piles and drainage.  Foundations, precast panel walls and floors, structural steel, new façade, fitout, and finishes.  Three retail areas and associated services.

Spread over a total of six levels, with a basement carpark. Two lifts service the floors from basement up and a car lift provides access to a raised car park area. The atrium lobby with internal courtyard area is a lovely place to relax and unwind with native planting and water features and a cafe.
