MARINA TERRACE APARTMENTS

Marina Terrace Apartments, the construction of Wanakas premium lakefront accomodation with stunning views of the lake and a penthouse with alpine views of the Southern Alps.

The project boasts nine apartment buildings and a private indoor swimming pool, spa and gymnasium. The project was developed on a complex site just a few hundred metres from the CBD of Wanaka. The apartment buildings vary in size and range from three storeys + basement car park to two-storey luxury living.

The existing site was very challenging due to high water tables and natural water courses running through the site. Substantial dewatering and water table control was implemented to stabilize the site and the build is of Precast construction with high-end architectural cladding.

As the development was in close proximity to neighbouring residential properties, it  required careful consideration in regards to both noise and vibration. Also natures beauty with the pristine clear lake Wanaka in front meant effective water and sediment control was crucial throughout.
