GILTRAP VOLVO

PROJECT NAME

Giltrap Volvo, North Shore

CLIENT

Giltrap Group

COMPLETION

Currently under construction

A new dealership and support facility is being established for Giltrap Volvo on the North Shore.

As part of this project, the existing tenancy walls will be removed to combine two separate tenancies into one.

Concrete floors have been reinforced to support vehicles and hoists, and a new curtain wall will be installed to comply with Volvo’s corporate identity (CI). Additionally, new mezzanine offices and a lunchroom will be constructed to reflect the stylish, luxurious nature of the Volvo brand.

The site was affected by the recent floods; however Volvo still plan to operate from the new premises from May 23.
