Dominion Constructors were the main contractor on this prestigious project. The six level redevelopment for the Giltrap Motor Group houses exclusive showrooms, specialised high quality offices, extensive workshops, carparking and storage facilities

Dominion commenced on site by excavating over 30,000 cubic metres of earth from the formerly flat 6500m² site.Continuing with concrete works, including in-situ concrete ground slabs, supply & installation of columns, precast concrete wall panels, shell beams, flat slabs and Dyecore suspended slabs, Dominion also oversaw the work of 40 subcontractors during the 13 month construction period.
