ELEVEN

This luxury development consists of 63 apartments and retail units over 3 towers (3, 9 and 10 storeys) with basement car park. Operating under a GMP contract, Dominion was part of the design team co-coordinating fire, acoustic, structural and architectural design.

The construction is solid concrete incorporating blockwork, precast and in-situ elements with high levels of steel reinforcing to allow for the strict earthquake design. The complex includes three swimming pools, one with floor windows as a feature to the penthouse apartment.
