EDEN GREEN

Following an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, Dominion were awarded a design and construct apartment project at a busy intersection on Normanby Road, Mount Eden.

Demolition of existing structures to clear the site and excavation for underground car park sheathed in a series of walkways and retails tenancies. The five-level apartment building containing one hundred apartments which utilises precast concrete, digicell IT walls and APL window systems.

The project sits proudly opposite Mt Eden (Maungawhau) Domain. The corner site brings a focus to the beautiful layered glass entry and cantilevered frames that showcase the façade of the project.
