EASTSIDE CARPARK

Eastside Carpark was Stage 1 of the Design & Construct Eastside Development (total value $47,000,000), with Stage 2 incorporating QuBA Apartments.

Stage1 of the development included a 6,000m² basement and podium to carry both the carpark and apartment buildings. The car park is a 6 storey steel structure with Speedfloor floor construction of 2,400m² per floor & incorporating commercial units at street level and a gym on the rooftop. The building is clad in 187 individually punched aluminium panels giving a distinctive Nikau Palm design.
