CEDAR HEIGHTS

A Design and Build project that consists of twelve two-storey new Houses over 2 separate sites in the heart of Massey

The key features of this project is the Screw pile foundations, light timber framing and weatherboard clad with aluminum windows. The twelve houses will be owned and rented by Kainga Ora.

Dominion Constructors Residential team has successfully changed some of the original designs to add screw piles and additional retaining walls to some of the sites.
