AGGS MATHS AND ARTS FACILITY

This project involved the construction of two multi-level classroom blocks set back into an existing slope and behind an existing block on the lower side (demolished after completion).

Logistically this was a challenging site. As it was restricted by close neighbouring buildings and boundaries, accessible only from above and a thoroughfare for school pedestrians, a self-erecting crane was utilised to overcome access issues and limit disruption to school business.

The construction was completed during normal school hours keeping safety as a paramount consideration and ensuring no effect on normal school activities.
