SYSTEMS & PROCESSES
Dominion has a robust and well‑established quality culture, driven by the Directors and senior management and fully supported by all personnel across the organisation.
Quality management is systematically integrated into every stage of project delivery, alongside coordinated processes for risk management, health and safety, and environmental stewardship.
This integrated approach ensures that all activities are carried out in alignment with Dominion’s commitment to continual improvement and compliance with all applicable ISO standards.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Dominion holds formal certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System, originally achieved in 2001, and has maintained externally verified quality management processes for more than two decades.
Our Quality Management System is structured around the seven universal quality management principles, providing the framework, processes, and documented evidence required to ensure all quality standards and obligations are consistently met. These principles underpin Dominion’s alignment with recognised industry best practices and support our ongoing commitment to continual improvement.
This dedication to quality—reflecting both organisational philosophy and long‑term strategic intent—is articulated in Dominion’s Quality Policy Statement.
HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Dominion Constructors is committed to providing and maintaining a healthy and safe workplace for all partners, employees, clients, subcontractors, and any individuals working or visiting sites under the company’s control or influence.
This commitment is supported through our formal Health and Safety Policy, together with the detailed policies and procedures outlined in our Operations Manual. These documents collectively define our proactive and preventive approach to managing health and safety risks and support the ongoing development of a strong, positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Dominion Constructors is committed to protecting the environment and conducting all activities in a manner that prevents harm, minimises waste, and promotes sustainable work practices. Our Environmental Policy, supported by the procedures and guidance contained within our Operations Manual and Environmental Management Plans, provides a structured and proactive framework for managing environmental impacts across all projects.
We aim to maintain best‑practice systems that meet or exceed all legislative and industry requirements. We are dedicated to ensuring our people are trained, informed, and actively engaged in environmental responsibilities, and that all partners and subcontractors contribute to positive environmental outcomes.
This approach reflects Dominion’s commitment to responsible environmental stewardship and supports the ongoing development of consistent, transparent, and effective environmental management throughout the organisation.
