Victoria & Seddon Street involved the construction of 25 new homes in Pukekohe, delivering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The build utilised a raft slab foundation with precast wall panels and flat slab mid-floors, supported by integrated solar installations to enhance efficiency and long-term performance.
