9-13 EDMONTON AVE APARTMENTS

The  9-13 Edmonton Ave Apartments in Onehunga involved the development of 30 new homes on a 3,992 sqm site. These three-storey walk-ups will consisted of 7 one-bedroom and 23 two-bedroom apartments. The build involved concrete and block foundations, a precast external, breezeways and IT walls, concrete mid-floors, and precast balconies and stairs.
