6-10 WESLEY STREET

This development comprised of two 3-storeywalk-ups and one 5-storey apartment building – with provision for an 82 sqm community room. The apartments are split into 20 one-­bedroom and 11 two-bedroom living spaces. The build consisted of strip footings, precast walls throughout, flat slab mid-floors, and timber truss roofs on all three blocks.
