The Transformation of the existing four storey car park into a five storey office block will be finished in early 2018.

The ground level has a large atrium foyer with three new lifts being installed and space for retail shop/cafe. Level 2 to Level 5 will be office space.

Dominion Constructors Limited are the main contractor for 34 Sale St.

The structural demolition involved a carefully engineered sequence, of cutting and craning out the existing concrete car park ramps and block walls in large sections.  Once complete the structural K-bracing is being installed to strengthen the building up again, followed by adding the additional floor and roof.
