2092 GREAT NORTH RD, APARTMENTS

2092 Great North Avondale involved the construction of nine units into a 3-level walk-up accommodation block. The build consisted of concrete foundations, block masonry ground floor walls, suspended concrete floors to Level 1 & 2, timber framed walls, structural steel frame, and Nuwall metal cladding.
