116 WORCESTER STREET

Formerly known as the State Insurance Building, 116 Worcester Street is an art deco style heritage building dating back to the 1930s.

116 Worcester Street holds significant value to Christchurch City Council, and as part of its preservation, a seismic upgrade will be implemented to ensure it meets 100% New Building Standards (NBS).

Following the upgrade, the refurbishment will feature a basement with a 22-vehicle capacity, a double-height entrance with hospitality services, and six levels of top-quality office space.

116 Worcester Street will also include a rooftop restaurant and bar boasting picturesque views of the central city.
